156 dwellings

Paris (13) France

This housing operation aims to be the faithful relay of the strategic axes of an ambitious urban planning project.
The programming is thus "tailor-made". By adapting to today's urban lifestyles, it produces a new way of living in the city, active and innovative.
The project, crossing, succeeds in putting in fine relationship between the activity and the dwelling without interfering between one and the other.
The building is divided into 3 volumes of progressive heights to maintain a porosity able to preserve the maximum light and view for each apartment.
Landscaping finds its place on every opportunity for free space.
On the terrace of the base, perched 13 metres from the street, a garden shared by the inhabitants saves the island from hyper-urbanisation.
Another, even higher and more intimate too, nestles in the hollow of a rift by locally transforming life into a lively apartment at home.
Finally, by filtering the façades, winter gardens for the benefit of each dwelling complete the greening of the entire building.
The façades, marked by horizontal bands framing the loggias, are simple, lively, transparent and vegetal.
