Pantin (93) France

This housing project is a new architectural figure that the City of Pantin is presenting to the public. This programme is nevertheless included and even plays a key social role by promoting exchanges and meetings between the people of Pantin and the inhabitants in planned living spaces on the ground floor.
On the upper floors, the apartments offer a way of living based on comfort and quality of use. At the top of the building, a shared terrace is planned to host the neighbours' party, a concert for the music festival, etc...
Here, authentic materials are in the spotlight, wood for its environmental qualities and brick which, in an effort to integrate, recalls the traditional buildings of the city of Pantin.
