The "Parc des Portes de Paris" is a formidable challenge on the scale of Greater Paris, and even more so for the town of Aubervilliers on which it is based: here must be concretized a large number of ambitions and innovations that make it possible to raise this parcel of city to the rank of demonstrator of the "intelligent and sustainable city". The transformation of this former industrial site must permanently anchor this tertiary, commercial and residential fringe into a new district at the entrance to Aubervilliers and the Plaine Saint-Denis.
On the right-of-way of lot B32 is built this 28,000m2 SDP tertiary building on behalf of ICADE. The project is fully in line with the dynamics of the Parc des Portes de Paris, by adopting the 4 key innovation challenges requested by ICADE for this type of programme: promote soft travel, work on the workspace to make it more pleasant in its practice and use, by ensuring flexibility and reversibility, define a passive project to reduce energy consumption by promoting virtuous solutions for solar production and recovery (grey water, rainwater, heat...), and finally, to develop a landscaped environment through a garden and a green wall (by promoting the development of biodiversity). In this spirit, cultivated terraces (to produce consumable plant material for 35% of the planted area) are made accessible to develop new types of social links and bring freshness to the islet.
