Offices on the banks of the Upper Dêule

Lille (59) France

This project is part of a territory in Lille with a long industrial history. A new page opens here on new technologies. Located precisely on the south-eastern bank of the Court of Brittany, in the middle of an already well-established tertiary activity, this "communicating" building is open to its context through the "narrative" transparency of its façades and the multiplication of its accesses.
The interior spaces are designed to accommodate new ways of working... extroverted....in permanent visual connection with the city, its history and urbanity.
They invite you to work in many ways, in groups or alone, in complete confidentiality or by exposing the fruit of your production.
In these offices of great freedom, we enjoy taking advantage of the daylight to read, write on the front or play in the centre of the stage in front of our computer screen in a semi-divided "bubble", meet a customer face-to-face sitting comfortably in an armchair overlooking the courtyard of Brittany or in a confidential room further back, etc....
