The Porte Pouchet ZAC is undergoing a major transformation, with new housing, new facilities and shops. The tourist residence is an equipment ideally located in a context where the urban landscape is characterized by its heterogeneity. Designing an attractive program is an ambitious challenge.
Here, a strong, flexible, urban and open architecture is proposed. The project develops horizontally along the Place Pouchet, and is divided into superimposed strata. The heart of the island is cleared by the establishment of a landscaped park.
Extended over a length of 125 m, the ground floor develops surface ranges from 70 m² to 200 m² for several restaurants, a florist, a press office / tobacco shop, a medical centre, a pharmacy and a banking area.
The tourist residence offers 148 rooms, 42 of which are double and 106 single, a wellness area with Spa and hammam and a fitness area. In addition, a 56-car parking lot has been planned.
For this program, the objective is to achieve 120 kwh/m²/year of primary energy consumption, thus aiming for HQE certification.
