156 Housing units

Paris (75013)

This housing project is intended to be a faithful relay of the strategic axes of an ambitious urban planning project.
The programming is therefore "tailor-made". By adapting to today's urban lifestyles, it produces a new, active and innovative way of living in the city.
The project, through its cross-section, manages to create a fine relationship between activity and housing without interfering with either.
The building is divided into 3 volumes of progressive heights to maintain a porosity capable of preserving a maximum of light and view for each flat.
Landscaping is used for every opportunity for open space.
On the terrace of the base, perched 13 metres from the street, a garden shared by the inhabitants saves the block from hyper-urbanisation.
Another, even higher and more intimate, nestles in a crack, transforming life in the flat into life at home.
Finally, as a filter for the facades, winter gardens for each dwelling complete the vegetation of the whole building.
The facades, marked by horizontal bands framing the loggias, are simple, lively, transparent and planted.
