Shape - Eco-responsible Outpatient Hospital Satellite

A think-tank dedicated to local health

Since its origins, the hospital world has been in constant evolution, even inaugurating major upheavals over the past twenty years or so. With as a privileged witness, the hospital-centrism which, despite the scale and modernity of its real estate stock and its medical tools, by its quickly revealed drifts, invites new and urgent reflections. The good use of emergencies, the coordination of care pathways, the shift to ambulatory care, the ecological transition, the digital reality, (...) that he promised not having found full and complete satisfaction in his organization.
Especially since it has partly contributed to the amplification of medical deserts. Deserts which, by inaugurating inequality of access to healthcare, are disturbing populations and questioning political powers once again.
It is in the wake of the "Ma Santé 2022" bill that the Shape is part of. Driven by the territorial, socio-sanitary, programmatic, urban and architectural, economic and responsible reflections of a few experts, he anticipates a new system of local care, which he writes with precision. A writing today waiting for a pilot operation that would allow him to validate all his dexterity.
