Batiment d'activité Point P

Activity building Point P

Point P" of the new generation, points to quality, sustainability and integration.
The complex holds its urban boundaries firmly defined by the corner of Route de la Bonde and Rue Aulnay Dracourt.
An enclosure defines the boundaries of an outdoor/indoor space, sometimes open-air, sometimes closed.
Here, landscape and architecture interact through a nuanced interplay of translucent walls that allow us to guess things without really revealing them.
At night, like a lighthouse, the building sparkles with the interplay of the interior lights it reveals.
While the park's footprint is simply rectangular, the inflection of the top of the surrounding facades punctuates its visual impact on its immediate surroundings.
So many architectural attentions that take strength in a meticulously worked landscape context where public spaces, valleys, basins and plantations follow one another with intelligence.
