Living together

77 Housing units

Pantin (93)

This housing project presents the city of Pantin with an unprecedented architectural figure. This programme is nonetheless integrated and even ensures a social role of the first order by encouraging exchanges and meetings between the inhabitants of Pantin and the residents in programmed living spaces on the ground floor.
On the upper floors, the flats offer a way of living based on comfort and quality of use. At the top of the building, a shared terrace is planned to host the neighbours' party, a concert for the music festival, etc.
Here, authentic materials are in the limelight, wood for its environmental qualities and brick, which recalls the traditional buildings of the city of Pantin, with a view to integration.
