On this territory with a promising future, between suburbs and gardens, an original and anchored urbanism is being invented. The objective is clear: to ensure the transition.
To live here well is to satisfy the right balance between the benefits of the rural and the urban, the natural and the urban, the collective and the individual. The project creates these urban continuities, offers a new centrality at the crossroads of the neighbourhood and creates a transitional landscape space with the territory, shared by all.
The "situated" architecture is inspired by the "thick" architecture of Toulouse.
The building's commercial base is reversible to better adapt to the evolution of the catchment area.
The construction is sustainable, bio-climatic and passive.
