The Bartolo+contré agency is part of a large consortium on this project, including Sogeprom/Dematieu Bard Immobilier, with Hardel+Le Bihan, architects coordinating lot A, and Michel Guthman Architecture & Urbanism, coordinator of lots B&C, the architectural agencies Bourbouze & Graindorge, Bathilde Millet Architect, Itar, NRA as well as landscape architects D'Ici Là and Sébastien Sosson.
The project we designed for the Aire des Vents can become a demonstration of a new imperative: an open and welcoming neighborhood where it is good to live in all circumstances, centered on the quality of the housing and its capacity to accommodate most human activities in the best conditions.
"Landscape(s)" promotes generational diversity in quality housing. All generations live there, crossbreed and live together in a harmony that creates a quality of life appreciated by all.
Our agency will deliver for inheritance, two specialized residences on lot B: a Senior Service Residence of 115 apartments and a "Mobicap" residence for disabled persons of 37 apartments. They offer the best possible quality of life, in an environment well known and appreciated by the residents, in which they feel comfortable.
The Rectangular architecture provides large openings onto the Aire des vents. The RSS is distinguished by a warm brick color, while the modular Mobicap is clad in a light-colored rendering.
