The project we have designed for the Aire des Vents can become a demonstration of a new imperative: an open and welcoming neighborhood where it is good to live in all circumstances, centered on the quality of the housing and its capacity to accommodate most human activities in the best conditions.
"Landscape(s)" promotes generational diversity in quality housing. All generations live there, crossbreed and live together in a harmony that creates a quality of life appreciated by all.
The neighborhood's seniors and disabled people are accommodated in two specialized residences: a seniors' services residence with 115 housing units and a universal disability residence with 37 housing units. They offer the best possible quality of life, in an environment that is well known and appreciated by residents.
